II. Main Functions of the Equipment
2.1 Structure and Function:
This equipment consists of 1 set of hammer disc and 3 sets of sanding belts.
It is primarily used for removing burrs, oxide scale, and other imperfections from workpiece surfaces.
Equipped with three wide sanding belt mechanisms, the belts rotate at high speeds to remove molten slag particles, oxide scale, large flanges, and other burrs from the workpiece surface.
Each of the three sanding belt stations can operate independently.
The workpiece is securely fixed during grinding using a magnetic attraction platform, ensuring safety and peace of mind.
The entire machine is designed and developed by our professional technical team, with a reasonable design based on ergonomic principles, ensuring stable and precise operation during prolonged use.

2.2 Conveyor Belt:
The equipment is标配 (standard equipped with) a marble magnetic attraction platform for workpiece transmission, featuring variable frequency speed control.
The material balances friction coefficient and hardness, providing sufficient friction while having a lifespan 50% longer than PVC.
2.3 Dust Extraction (Optional):
The equipment requires the configuration of a 7.5KW wet dust collector.
Dust extraction method: Most of the dust generated during machine operation is effectively sucked away through the dust extraction port, eliminating the risk of dust explosions and keeping the interior of the equipment clean.
2.4 Sanding Belt Motor:
Achieves real-time matching of sanding belt speed and feeding speed, avoiding the risk of burning thin workpieces and truly realizing cold grinding.
The motor has high power, making product processing easier.
2.5 Platform Lifting Motor:
The platform lifting adopts a servo motor, featuring closed-loop control, fast response, and high precision, with a positioning accuracy of 0.01mm.
2.6 Conveyor Platform:
The entire machine platform is made of marble embedded with permanent magnets, processed with gantry milling and then precision ground; the flatness tolerance is ≤ 0.02mm, ensuring high precision.
2.7 Conductive Slip Ring:

Alarms include: safety door open, sanding belt not tensioned, sanding belt deviation, pressure too low, roll brush abrasive replacement, motor overload, etc.

2.9 Safety:
Ruijin CNC's deburring machines feature comprehensive anti-flying structural designs.
Anti-flying press rollers and metal baffles are set at the entrance and exit; all transparent view windows are made of explosion-proof materials; built-in safety voltage LED lighting.
2.10 Abrasive Loss Compensation:
Ruijin CNC's independently developed abrasive automatic compensation technology reduces manual intervention and ensures uniform abrasive wear, thereby guaranteeing stable product quality.

The deburring mechanism of this equipment is a wide sanding belt structure, with the sanding belt mechanism arranged longitudinally in a wide format.
It adopts our patented lifting and sanding belt deviation mechanism, enabling easy high-precision wire drawing and deburring of hard burrs such as punching curl edges on workpiece surfaces.

The human-machine interface is simple and complete, with intuitive parameter input, detailed and specific real-time display of operating data, and timely and safe self-checking feedback, making the equipment both safe and easy to master.
When equipment abnormalities cause the machine to stop or prevent manual operation, relevant abnormal information and operation prompts will be displayed on the touch screen in PLC code and text form.
